The MAXXA brand has enhanced the market for utility trailers suitable for UTVs and ATVs, with two models, the MXR45 and the Maxxa MXR46. For greater versatility, accessories have been created to expand work capacities, intended for the different sector of activity of workers using the trailers. Professionals always have more expectations from their equipment, which they want to be sturdy. So, they can use it for a long time.
Maxxa therefore decided to create its own accessories to maintain the philosophy of robustness that characterizes its products.They can be installed easily and without modifications on trailers. They just need to be screwed or bolted to the trailer, without the need for drilling or other welding.
They have been tested before marketing and are compatible with the specifications of the hitches. Accessories can be ordered online and delivered to a distributor near your business or home.
Five accessories are in the catalog to perfect the use of trailers:
MXR46 trailer skis
For winter use, the skis on the trailer allow you to open new horizons and venture onto ungroomed terrain, with the right vehicle, equipped with tracks. They are installed in place of the original wheels.
Utility boxes CAAR48
To carry objects safely and separately, a 48-inch utility box in two sections is installed at the front of your trailer. The two storage spaces allow you to separate the items to carry on. A five-liter can of gasoline and an ax are included, as they are among the most in-demand items.
As an option, you can add a chain saw rack in the right utility box.
Chain saw rack
The chain saw is a tool often necessary for working in the woods. It is very useful for clearing paths obstructed by tree branches. A support for your SC model chain saw is available as an option. It requires the assembly of the utility box also offered in the list of accessories.
Booster sides
To increase the volume to be carried in the trailer, 8-inch raising sides made of 12-gram steel have been created. They are made with crosspieces to lower the weight of the edges, while maintaining rigidity for the transport of materials. They screw onto the trailer structure using the bolts provided.
SBR tailer log stakes
They are added to the front of the chassis to reinforce the load capacity of the hitch. The brackets are made from the same 3/16 steel as the frame. They are openwork in a search to save weight without loss of rigidity. They help maintain stability while transporting heavy loads.

There are two types of Maxxa trailers currently available, which have the same design, but with different lengths. The Maxxa MXR45 supports a load of 20 cubic feet, while the Maxxa MXR46 can accommodate 24 cubic feet in a longer 12″ bed. The overall length increases from 120″ to 132″. The other dimensions are identical: L48″ x H18″ for the bed and L48″ x H36″, with 12 inches of ground clearance and 18 inches of tires.
The company is located in Drummondville PQ, where it designs and manufactures all of its production. Maxxa is still looking for dealer stores to be closer to its customers in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes.
